heh, I remember this guy. I also remember he developed a huge nasty stretch mark on his gut. Looks like he photoshopped it out. Vain prick, show the raw pic or I call BS!
I'd say those were the same pictures but backwards, but I remember he was clean shaved then! :) To be serious I haven't noticed any changes for the first 4-5 weeks! It shows how important it is not to lose motivation, even when progress is not that obvious!
Here you have some one who is used to train his body everyday. He has a body that is used to that training. I bet that when you take any one else who is overweight, and ask him to do the same, you most likely will not get the same results. And that has nothing to do with determination or motivation!
